Outside the sun is shining, which already announces the near Chemnitzer Linux-Tage. Our organizers wait, together with all the packed up boxes, for receiving the official start signal. First installations will already be made on Thursday, in order to provide all necessary materials for referees and guests arriving on Friday evening. For those who need an overnight accomodation, we still offer a cheap possibility in a gym not far from the place of our event. It is bookable by filling in the form at http://chemnitzer.linux-tage.de/2014/de/service/uebernachtung. To join this so called indoor camping, it is only necessary to bring along a sleeping bag and camping mat. After waking up, nobody has to start the day with hunger. When booking your sleeping berth, there is a possibility to register for the breakfast buffet, too. Practical experience can be gained by taking part in one of the offered workshops. We recommend to prebook a ticket due to limited attendance: http://chemnitzer.linux-tage.de/2014/de/vortraege/workshops. If the choosen workshop is already booked up, it can be worth a try at our information desk while visiting us.

Fresh from the press, the proceedings of 2014 are available and will be sold at our information desk, 13.20 € each. After mid-March they can also be ordered from the common book trade. Of course, there is still the possibility to order the proceedings of previous years by writing us.
For us, the eventful days already start with preparing the building. We are looking forward to our diligent helpers, logistic challenges and of course the first and all following guests.
