A friendly Tux beams at drivers going through the nightly Chemnitz. 144x80 lights denote the near Chemnitzer Linux-Tage on the big illuminated panels of the city. One of these panels is situated in the Reichenhainer Straße, not far from the place where the linux night will take place on Saturday. After the lecture programme, people can meet in the student club „PEB“ this year. An attractive film programme and our so called pizza proxy will supply our guests with food for soul and stomach.

The film program can be watched in the filmclub „mittendrin“ which is situated directly beside the „PEB“. A selection of short films will be shown and outlines the work of Chemnitzer Filmwerkstatt in a charming way. The programme also includes the winner of the German short film award in 2013. Don't miss the chance to watch it!

Those who already arrive on Friday can choose among a huge range of possibilities to go out for night in the city. It takes only a short walk to meet friends and like-minded people in the nearby pub Zum Krug. You will find friendly advice at our information desk. See you on weekend.
