It's not just us who are occasionally plagued by infections, the PC also seems to catch a cold from time to time and sometimes cannot be cured with simple home remedies. Fortunately, Dr Tux's practice offers consultation hours at the Chemnitz Linux Days and provides on-site treatment.
On Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00, you can contact the practice's specialist staff with your hardware or software problems at home - you should bring your patient with you. Ideally, you should describe in advance what the problem is and what consultation time you would like. This helps us to plan treatment and avoids waiting times.
