The children's paradise for ‘young and old’
Play, crafts and fun at the Chemnitzer Linux days 2025
Andrea is ready for the children's paradise and has a few more information for the future guests:
As in recent years, the children's paradise at the Chemnitzer Linux days also opens its doors to the children of the visitors in 2025: inside, the lecturers, the helpers: inside and the exhibitors.
What the children can look forward to this year:
Since the book reading “Ada und Zangemann” last year received a good response, there will also be a reading this year on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the children’s paradise. There is a movie with the same name. This will run on Saturday and Sunday at 2 pm in room W1.
A small highlight will be a diabolo workshop in the children's paradise this year. This will take place on Saturday at 4 pm. The Diabolo is a skill game with two bars and a role. In this workshop, basic techniques for handling this gamer are shown and taught.
As in recent years there are the hotly beloved plaster forms for painting. The figures are already cast this year. So the kids have more time to paint.
But also the blunt film is back at the start. There was also much joy here not only for the small visitors. Any desired figures can be painted and then shrunk in the oven. Very popular is always the Tux.
Of course, the Pompon-Tux is back, this year even as a prepared craft set. This simplifies the process and we have an overview of whether the wool is enough for the next Tux.
Colorful pencils for painting our Tux, as well as the temple beads must not be missing – all in all again a beautiful colorful program with only two small changes. We focus more on the presented craft ideas so that the tables are not so full and the children have enough space to paint and craft.
And the slide will no longer exist this year.
